  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Premium Features & Payments

  • Premium subscriptions provide enhanced features and visibility.
  • All payments are processed securely via third-party payment gateways.
  • We do not store your full card or banking details.
  • Premium subscription does not guarantee campaign success or financial outcomes.

5. User Responsibilities

  • Users must not misuse the platform or provide false information.
  • Users are responsible for their own agreements, campaigns, and communications.
  • Users must not infringe on intellectual property or engage in fraudulent activity.

6. Content Ownership

Users retain ownership of their content but grant TrendStarz a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform for the purpose of collaborations and discovery.

7. Dispute Disclaimer

TrendStarz is not responsible for disputes, agreements, or payments between users. All collaborations and transactions are solely between influencers and brands.

8. Limitation of Liability

TrendStarz is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to campaign outcomes, user conduct, or third-party services.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate user accounts at our discretion for violations of these terms or misuse of the platform.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction: India.
